Who are we?
CEDAK is an archery club specifically for disabled peopled and we are affiliated to the sport's national governing body, the Grand National Archery Society (GNAS) and the international governing body the Federation Internationale de Tir a l'Arc (FITA).
The club is run by a team of archery coaches and leaders with extensive experience of working with adults and juniors with a wide range of disabilities. Every member of this team is fully qualified, CRB checked at least once, and trained in working with children and vulnerable adults.
The club was the first archery club in Kent to gain ClubMark accreditation and our coaches work closely with Valence School, other specialist schools in the area and Kent County Council Sport Development Unit.
We also work closely with other members of the British Blind Sport Archery Development Team (BBS) to maximise the opportunity of visually impaired people to try and progress in the sport.
